With Article Submitter Pro, if that's the software, do this:

1) Open the software & click on "Submission Websites"

2) In the top right, double-click "PR." This will rank the site by PR from highest to lowest.

3) For starters, check only the boxes for sites where you don't need to register. And only go through PR4 sites for now. Then save all these as your "Favorites" (radial button at top of software). Then load your content, set up your byline / author info, etc. and submit.

4) As time allows later, go back and register at the PR 8-4 sites that you think would be a good fit for your niches, and gradually add them into your Favorites mix.
