Search engine giant Google has agreed to pay out $90 million as specified in an agreement (that) covers all advertisers who claim to have been charged, but not reimbursed, for invalid clicks dating from 2002, according to a statement from Nicole Wong, associate general counsel for Google, in an article posted recently on the emarketer.com site.
Unlike Google, other defendants Yahoo, AOL, Netscape, Lycos, Time Warner and Ask Jeeves continue to fight the suit.
